Shipping Method

All parcels are sent by registered mail or EMS only. There is no charge for postage. But shipping via FedEx is possible and costs a lot of money. ( FedEx charges are higher for gems in Sri Lanka) The amount varies from country to country , so please check before ordering.
If you can’t check the tracking number after the parcel arrived in your country ,
you can check it through the postman. Check the parcel carefully and receive it. Please let us know it there is any problem with the parcel. If there are flight delays we will try to send the parcel to you via another country.
